Houston native, Stoney Rax, dropped his new song "Time Running Out" as a part of his recent project All4U. He linked up with Jaxx and showcased his melodic flow over a mellow, hyper-pop beat. Stoney's delivery over this U2-esque beat is nothing short of masterful and it's evident he puts a lot of time into his craft. The up and coming artist has been making a name for himself in the Houston scene and is continuing to drop new music monthly.
