Singer/songwriter Mikey100k is back with another single to close out the year. “Fly You Out” has a hint of grooviness to it, as he glides over the beat making for a light and airy feel-good track.

Back in April, the Raleigh artist dropped a project titled Who Needs Friends 2, and I must say, he glides all over that too. He has collaborated with bigger names like K Camp and producer duo Take A Daytrip and has earned a co-sign from his favorite songwriter, Starrah.

One thing admirable about Mikey is that he prides himself on his songwriting just as much as he does his singing. For both himself and the artists he subscribes to, he understands and appreciates the amount of work that is put in behind-the-scenes in order to create hits. Mikey writes and produces his own music, taking influence from R&B and pop which are his two favorite genres. After a hiatus from music, the multifaceted artist is ready to light the fire again and is prepared to do just that.
