Maryland rapper Black Fortune has been red hot recently, releasing a string of incredible music videos and of all of the recent drops I think that “Rock Joint” might be my favorite of the lot. “Rock Joint” is punk meets trap in its purest form, but rather than attempting to fain punk vocals Fortune approaches this with his standard flow, just with a bit more bravado and the product is amazing. In addition to the fashion that Black Fortune presents on this track, the form is just as wonderful. His lyrics are irreverent and absurd and this blend makes “Rock Joint” a very, very fun watch.
