Yungeen Ace, one of Florida’s most promising budding artists has experienced enough pain to last a lifetime. Just two months ago he was the sole survivor that robbed three young men, including his own brother, of their lives. After getting the trio inked on his torso and releasing an incredibly impressive project, Life of Betrayal , Ace is back with the first visual for the harrowing project’s lead single, “Pain”.

The video begins with a heartbreaking montage that splices various news reports surrounding the incident that changed Ace’s life forever. Ace, the sole survivor, was shot ten times and told he wouldn’t survive due to small stature by Doctors and nurses alike. Instead, Ace has bounced back to near full health and with a more determined mindset than ever. Ace’s self-therapy through his music is evident. You can hear the pain in his voice with every bar, chorus, and melody throughout.

Despite being betrayed by fate, Ace is determined to live for those who no longer can. In the process, he’s become one of the most intriguing and talented artists to emerge from Florida this year. We look forward to hearing more from Ace in the near future. More importantly, we hope that he finds some solace in his success and achieving a better life for himself and those that surround him. He’s experienced enough heartbreak to fold a lesser man.
