A year ago, we shared “Whole Lot” from Belgian act Loyk. We were impressed with its melodic, Post Malone-like style, and, because of it, we were excited to hear more. Fast forward to this past Friday, and we got that in 111, a six-track project appearing to be his debut EP.

Although the above track is absent from the project, there are other highlights on it, and the cohesion of everything is second-to-none. The songs blend together perfectly, and the vibes—while mostly emotive and downtempo—are still enjoyable (and refreshing) overall.

Now, with all that praise given, take a listen to this one, and check “Whole Lot” if you haven’t. The sounds are current and have potential to do well.
