Yellow Days is a prime example that age bears no boundaries in the music industry. At only eighteen years old, the British songwriter has refined his sound to the point of earning over a million monthly listeners on Spotify and a touring across Europe and America. He recently released the visuals for his latest single “How Can I Love You?”, and they hold, quite literally, layers of artistry.

The video begins with Van Den Broek contemplating a turbulent relationship, singing “How can I love you when you don’t talk to me? //
Well, how can I breathe with no air?”.

He soon finds himself climbing down a ladder to explore tiers of scenarios below the surface of a backyard. He fishes in a small pond, watches a mariachi band perform, and lays alone under a street lamp, all while confusedly thinking through his dilemma.
