Nolanberollin is sick of the rap game. After bursting onto the scene three years ago with his iconic hit “Beanman Season” Nolan’s ridiculously deep and monotone flow has been often mimicked by much less skilled imitators. All this while unfortunately, Nolan has not received the homage he deserves.
He talks about this stealing of swag on his newest record, on which he proclaims that he is giving up making music for a variety of reasons. Notably, people begging for new music, the incessant theft of his style, and the “averageness” of his competition that seems to unjustly reap more benefits than him.
Hopefully, Nolan reads this, because I think it must be said. Nolan, please don’t stop making music. I and thousands upon thousands of other kids love your tracks and have been hypnotized by your style since our first listen. This rap game is full of lames, I get it. That said, please don’t give up on your craft. The world needs it.
All of you better go listen to Nolan’s newest track right the fuck now.
