Following an arrest that took place in September of this year where police reportedly multiple felonious amounts of drugs in Ty Dolla $ign‘s tour bus, the talented artist is now facing a potentially heavy-handed sentence.

The event took place in Georgia, which has some of the most strict laws in the country regarding drug possession.  As such, Ty is facing up to 15 years behind bars if convicted in court.

The artist was set to perform alongside G-Eazy, but was arrested just two hours prior to the scheduled show time. While a court date has yet to be set in this case, this is the last thing Ty and fans wanted to face as the year draws to a close. We’ll continue to update this story as we know more.
