In a desperate attempt to find some new music, I decided to dive into our abyss of submissions. After listening to over 200 new tracks and watching 50+ music videos, I was able to round up three standouts that are more-than-worthy of a listen.

atm – ‘Rush’

atm‘s growing online presence comes as no surprise, as he’s been uploading straight heat to his SoundCloud profile for months. ‘Rush’ is his most recent release, and finds the New Jersey native offering a catchy melodic flow while refraining from the use of makeshift lyrics.

John Vinyl – ‘Nostalgia’

Toronto’s Jon Vinyl brings a fresh twist to traditional R&B on his powerful single ‘Nostalgia.’ Laced with passionate lyrics and sparkling vocals, the singer-songwriter will be a stranger to our pages no longer after this overly impressive effort.

Mike Flowz – ‘We Ball Freestyle’

By way of Bloomfield, Connecticut comes Mike Flowz with an impeccable mix of piercing flows and rich harmonies on ‘We Ball Freestyle.’ Watch the music video below, which is dedicated to the New Englander’s fallen brothers.
