A sweet compromise…

Snapchat‘s new update has people going ballistic. Ever since the popular communication app received a face-lift a few weeks ago, users have been complaining non-stop about the undesirable features and confusing interface. For one, the new update mashed story updates and personal conversations into one tab – a terrible mistake. Not to mention, the discover page has grown into a corporate-fueled frenzy that’ll end up looking like your Facebook feed in no-time.

Thankfully, Snapchat heard the complaints and is willing to compromise with their millions of users.

Snap Inc. acknowledged issues with the new design saying, “We completely understand the new Snapchat has felt uncomfortable for many.” As for a solution, Snapchat’s official statement offered the following: “…In the coming weeks, we are introducing tabs in Friends and Discover, which will make it easier to find the Stories that you want, when you want them. Once you receive the update, you’ll be able to sort things like Stories, Group Chats, and Subscriptions, allowing you to further customize your own experience on the app.”
