Nashville’s ROYSMITH has been impressive to me since I first streamed his music. His moody atmosphere and dark ambiance in both production and vocals always stood out to me, and he seems to only improve from track to track. His production quality, writing, and delivery shine on his new single “FLIP.” In addition to the outstanding vocal performance and his ability to create these hazy auras, Roy also produces every song he is on by himself, from the first drum pattern to final mixing. To me, ROYSMITH is the most complete talent in the city of Nashville currently, and it is only a matter of time until the world takes notice.
