Low-Fi rap will always have a special place in my heart. As much as I love bars, thumping production and everything else that goes into the common banger, there’s something about that turned down, drugged-out sound that Low-Fi brings that’s hard to duplicate. Trying his hand at the sub-genre, buzzing Vegas artist, Mikey Picasso delivers his dope new video for, “What That Really Mean It Was?”
Shot and edited by Rob Seher, the video for the track is wavy as hell. With Rob provided some crazy effects to go along with Mikey’s laid-back druggy flow, the visuals are what help to drive this track home. While Picssso does his thing, halfway crooning about many things, the marriage between the video and the song is what makes this one you’ll want to smash the replay button about.
