<p>Born and raised in Miami, 19-year-old <strong>Qil</strong> is putting out some fantastic tracks as of late. Today we have for you a visual for one of those very tracks “Shawty Be The Plug” off of his latest project <em>Dandelions</em> released last fall. The visual, directed by Steven Garzon, depicts Qil in a black and white existence, slowly giving way to full color the more he describes his Shawty.
