23-year-old Miami songstress Native Youth recently appeared on our pages alongside JK The Reaper on ‘Understatement,’ and returns today with an additional seven tracks to complete the “Second Chances” EP. Acting as a product of the massive underground rap, R&B and alternative scenes rooted in South Florida, the project is filled with various influence and puts a noteworthy twist on traditional pop sounds.

Produced entirely by Kaixen with the exception of two tracks, the eight-song effort is longer than a typical EP and shorter than a full-fledged album, providing the perfect outlet for a concise body of work that doesn’t feel over stretched nor underplayed.
