Matty Wood$ is an Elevator favorite for good reason. The versatile and innovative lyricist has a habit of making some of the most immersive music we’ve heard in recent memory. Still riding the success of his acclaimed I’ll Be Fine project from last year, today Wood$ is sharing the video for the project’s opening track, “Sayless”.

With his wavy delivery and a minimalist instrumental Wood$ forces listeners to hone in on each bar. Matty is content to spark some properly rolled gas and tune out the noise that so often surrounds the industry. The noise surrounding Wood$ and his velvety vocals are much deserved, however, and we look forward to seeing what else the emerging emcee has in store for us in 2019.
