LA native MastodonRare has released visuals for his lead single “Honest” off his late 2017 mixtape Thank God 4 the Westside, Thank God 4 U. The track is infectious with the tropical and elongated melodies (ala Tory Lanez and Roy Wood$). The video has a nostalgic aesthetic with the infamous ball pit (that was high key disgusting in retrospect), and filters that look like someone recorded this on VHS off of a late 90’s MTV Raps episode.
