Reflection is a key component of being an adequate songwriter. You’ve gotta be able to tell your story accurately, while simultaneously trying to make it fit the listener’s narrative, giving that sense of relatability that brings us back, time and time again. For Maryland native, Romero, he manages to do this on his effacing new single, “Ease My Mind”.

Featuring buzzing up and comer, Carti Bankx, “Ease My Mind” is an introspective song that sees Romero pondering over many life’s ups and downs. While the stress of either side can be a lot to handle sometimes, he mentions burning one up as a source of therapy, among a few other key notions. With the production sonically lining up with many of the qualities that’s I just explained, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see this record catch a bit of steam.
