East London artist Arlo is back with a gorgeously directed new visual for his tender new release “Jugular.” The instrumental is propelled by melancholy piano playing with subdued percussion, and ethereal background vocals that add an additional layer of atmosphere for the already heavy track. Arlo’s lament is obvious in his impassioned vocals that have a distinct, almost painful hitch in them, making the already powerful song all the more touching.

Arlo wanted this track to be as personal as possible and remarked, “This is probably one of the most personal records I’ve ever written, as it is about me and my personality. I’m a lot to handle, I’ve got a big personality. I can be too much at times and not enough at other times. I can be your favorite toy at one moment and at another, you can get fed up and put me in the bin. ”
