Say what you want, but Hip-Hop has officially gone international. Gone are the days where people rapping overseas is seen as a novelty, as nowadays, there are significant artists outside of the U.S. making crazy noise. One of those is West London native, Jevon, who turns in two brilliant new singles in, “Blossomed” and “Mercy.”

Produced by Jevon himself, both, “Blossomed” and “‘Mercy” serve as pristine showcases for Jevon to highlight his talents, with the latter zeroing in on his surprisingly stout lyrically ability. Rapping over dusty, traditional Hip-Hop production, Jevon uses, “Mercy” to officially stake his claim at the throne.

On the other hand, “Blossomed” is a warm, tropical, female-friendly record that, in all honesty, is a certified hit record. Stringing together hypnotic cadences over ridiculously infectious island production, “Blossomed” is the record you’d play if you’re introducing to somebody… which should be something you do now.
