It seems it’s becoming common again to receive surprise projects and singles. New distribution methods allow efficiencies for this, and, more than most, SoundCloud rappers have taken notice (and executed). One of the more notable, Lil Xan, has taken advantage, and, within the past hour or so, he surprised fans with a new release.

Easygoing and catchy, “Go Down” is a solid entry in his Xan’s discography, and, with its effervescent production, it produces a refreshing vibe. Of course, there are still banging elements on this one, but you’ll feel more at home bumping it in the middle of the day than into the wee hours of the night. In any event, though, press play on this one. It’ll bring your ears a wealth of joy.
