Hooligan Chase has quickly become one of my favorite new artists, largely because of his refreshing sound and style—not to mention his creative sense of lyricism and vocal delivery. His latest offering comes in the form of She Devils, a well-crafted mixtape that perfectly displays Chase’s outside-the-box artistry and knack for well-crafted rhymes. It all adds up for a tremendous project from cover to cover, and leaves us anxious for more from him soon.
