Lil Toenail is one of the more intriguing artists coming out of South Florida these days. While some may see the artist as a bit of a gimmick, given his often seen toenail costume, the rising talent makes it clear he has rs to match up with anybody. Toe is known for riding distorted instrumentals and a screaming delivery, but on his new video for “MHM Freestyle” it’s clear that the youthful emcee has bars to back up his bravado. Trust that you don’t want the smoke with a guy in a toenail costume. Florida continues to produce some prodigal talent and Toenail is poised for a major breakthrough in 2019.
