Virginia is a hotbed for Hip-hop scene home to rising artists FulMetalParka$, Young Crazy, and Treez Lowkey three talented and vastly different artists who collectively display the diversity of Virginia’s bubbling modern Rap scene.

An emerging rapper who began releasing music last year, Lil Naro has been gradually solidifying himself as one of the best coming out of the state. Returning to our pages with a new track “Iverson” dedicated to Virginia native and NBA legend Allen Iverson produced by Lukrative and Ryder Johnson the beatmaker behind “Airpods” and “Ooouwee”. Rapping in a high-pitched voice, Naro rides the beat with a measured flow and whispery vocals over a steady paced ominous symphony consisting of kicks, drums and ominous keys that give the song a shadowy undertone reminiscent of some of Smokepurpp’s Deadman era music when he was still heavily reflecting his South Florida roots. This near snippet length release is just as infectious as his previous releases showcasing his catchy cadences that pair perfectly with Ryder’s speaker knocking production.

Press play on “Iverson” below and keep a close eye on Lil Naro as he continues to crank out crisp, cool, intoxicating tracks.
