Lil Kodak, they don’t like to see you winning…
Kodak Black has been tucked behind bars on-and-off for over a year, and is facing up to another 6 years in the pen. Earlier this week, the 19 year-old rapper was found guilty on 5 charges of violating his house arrest, a charge that threw him in the slammer just a few weeks ago after he was caught crossing state lines. Lil Kodak is set to join Future, Migos & more on the Nobody’s Safe Tour next week and has a sentencing date set for May 4th.
Right now, the only charges against Kodak Black are for violating his house arrest. Though the prosecution is seeking the maximum 6-year sentence, both Kodak’s lawyer and probation officer don’t believe any additional jail time is necessary for the rising star. Instead, they’ve both recommended the teenager enroll in anger management classes and have suggested this notion to the judge.
As for the case in which Kodak was accused of assaulting a bartender at a strip club in Miami, it looks as if the charges will be dropped after evidence surfaced of the alleged victim bragging about touching Black’s genitals. Bitches be actin’ shady, we’ve been knowing this and are hyped that the incident won’t result in any additional jail time.
