Kendrick Lamar and Barack Obama have had a pretty public bromance, and K Dot recently shared a story of when he had challenged the current president to a game of basketball.

“I’ve been trying to bring him out, that’s why I’m throwing shots at him right now. I want him to come to Gonzales Park in Compton,” says Lamar. This comes after Obama has had the entire Top Dawg Ent. over to the White House, showing just how mainstream hip-hop has become. It’s a beautiful thing, given how looked down upon the genre has been for years.

While there’s no official date on the game yet, here’s hoping that we see this comedic test of athleticism comes to fruition.
