With cuffing season quickly approaching, Elevator’s favorite emerging R&B singer ilham has made it clear that she won’t be participating this year. As the momentum behind her debut EP 41-10 is beginning to become undeniable, she’s released a new video for “I don’t wanna be with you no more”.

“The treatment for the ‘I Don’t Wanna Be With You No More’ video centered around my character having had enough of what she views as a ‘fake relationship,’” ilham told Billboard. “During the shoot, I tapped into the space in a relationship whereas a female, you just know that you’re no longer emotionally invested in it, you’re still in it but you’re numb to it. You’re ready to leave.”

There’s no doubt in our mind that the Queensbridge, NY singer is a star in the making. From major Spotify playlist placements to her single “None of Your Friends Business” being featured in the season finally of HBO’s hit show Insecure, the world is quickly getting hip to ilham. We’re extremely excited to see what the future holds for the emerging superstar in the next year.
