Fast-rising Orlando rapper Hotboii has joined forces with Lil Baby for his latest emotionally-charged new song and video “Don’t Need Time (Remix).” Hotboii is one of my favorite artists coming out of Florida and this song is none short of a joyride. The way Lil Baby comes through and meshes well with the emerging artist; this record may go down as one of the best to come out of 2020.

A potent update of a standout track from Hotboii’s Kut da Fan On, “Don’t Need Time (Remix)” spotlights the 19-year-old artist’s deeply expressive delivery, incredible melodic skills, and uncompromising storytelling. With its steady beat and somber piano tones, the song’s heavy-hearted mood is amplified by a poignant guest verse from Lil Baby.
