Chicago native Heffyraps shows off a range of his skills, bending genres to his liking in order to create his latest EP, “Dead By V-Day.” Taking bits and pieces from nostalgic, emo rock acoustic guitar riffs, pop influenced melodies, and big 808 patterns, Heffy is just as diverse in his vocal performances on the EP.

Heffy, spliting the work on the EP with features from Jraco M.K., Wes, and $ike the Drug, comes with rap bars as well as falsetto pop melodies that are sure to catch and ear. Heffy doesn’t stop there, as he also contributed production for three of the songs on the 5-track EP.
