New York’s Hadji Gaviota channels hints of summer in the music video for his buzzing track, “Harajuku”. Hadji has a knack for those easy listening melodies that get stuck in your ear for hours, and Harajuku is a shining example of that talent. Softly sung vocals swing over the wavy Mrozerati supplied production. Through the light airiness of this track, Hadji gets heartfelt with the chorus “I don’t want to lose you more than I don’t want to lose me, but it’s kinda like a package deal.” I had the pleasure to catch this song live this past week, and Harajuku is certainly registering with his fan base, gaining large support on Spotify as well.
The Suciapath shot visual paints Hadji in scenes of Tokyo as well as his beachy neighborhood on Long Island. Hadji’s debut album, Captain, is out now as well – and if you enjoy Harajuku, you will find this single as well as many other beachy tunes on his album.
