Gucci Mane built his reputation as an independent force throughout the streets of Atlanta, but has been signed to Atlantic Records for the majority of his career as a major recording artist.

Despite plans to return to his indie hustle, Guwop announced that his contract with Atlantic has been extended thanks to a hefty $10 million advance.

No word on the details of the extension, but expect Gucci to keep dominating urban radio & even featuring on some of your favorite pop hits.
