Riding high off the success of his Chris Brown-assisted single “Tone It Down” & a hefty reality television show deal, Gucci Mane looks to offer a leg-up to a few fellow Atlanta emcees. Guwop’s entrepreneurial status might’ve started with flipping bricks, but the 37-year-old has since legalized his activities and currently runs one of the most reputable independent record labels in the rap industry. Currently home to acts like Waka Flocka Flame & OJ Da Juiceman, 1017 Records is adding two new faces to their roster according to a pair of Instagram posts from the Trap God himself.

Gucci Mane recently shared photos announcing new singees Lil Wop & HoodRich Pablo Juan, captioned with: “I’m proud to announce Hoodrich Pablo Juan is officially 1017!” and “Welcome Lil Wop to the 1017 Family.” The longtime Brick Squad affiliates are now official members of 1017’s iconic roster, and look to help the label prosper even further.
