Frosty Preme is one of the few lyrical gems left on the come up. His video for “Aktive” shows a great breadth of creativity and artistry, as Preme is dressed in a poncho with a cowboy hat that humorously contrasts his rap performance. His bars are packed with emotion and realness, switched up early on after a decisive beat switch, kicking his flow into another gear. This track is really enjoyable with a number of quotables from his verses. I am really excited to continue keeping my eye on this already burgeoning New York talent. The video was directed by the ultra-talented Cole Eckerle.
