Frank Ocean’s Blonde has officially spent 100 weeks on the charts.
It’s certainly no secret that Frank Ocean has emerged as one the most talented and diverse artists in our era. This week the talented singer has been in the news after sending a cease & desist letter to Travis Scott regarding his vocals on the Astroworld project.
Scott, to his credit, took to socials to embrace Ocean as “Family” but it remains to be seen as to whether the vocals will be removed or altered. In a bit of more uplifting news for Frank and his team, his most recent album, Blonde has reached 100 weeks on the Billboard 200 charts, an incredible accomplishment for the often reclusive artist. While we’re never quite sure when to expect new material from Frank, it’s clear his fans are content with whatever the singer releases. The information came from Chart Data, a reliable group of industry insiders that track the Billboard charts.
If you haven’t already, and really even if you have, press play on Blonde below.
