Chicago based R&B vocalist FORTH makes his ELEVATOR debut after he submitted his single “Hours” for our consideration. The soulful singer doesn’t beat around the bush with his record as he expresses pure sexual energy in one of the best R&B submissions we have received. “Hours” is the first we have heard from the Windy City vocalist, but we will definitely keep an ear to the ground for more.
