Arlington rapper Splurge is coming at you hot as hell with the video for his new track “Slow Flow” and this is probably my favorite track by him thus far. Splurge and Beats By Jeff prove to be a winning combo as he crafts lyrics to a beat that’s mainly just bass, nonetheless, this shit is fire!
