Mr. Everything Drakeo The Ruler is back with his first project since being released from jail a month or so ago, and it’s wild. Cold Devil is a well-done record that shows off his natural swagger and signature lingo, which mesh mad well with his hard-hitting lyrics and knack for slick flows. Cold Devil all adds up for a killer project from start to finish, and leaves us anxious for more from one of Los Angeles’ most promising artists on the rise.
