I think it’s safe to say it’s been publicly rough for Drake these last couple of months. From being asked “Who invited you?” by party-goers at a private event to getting booed offstage at Tyler, The Creator’s Camp Flog Gnaw Festival, it’s clear that the Canadian rapper has had enough – “War” being the title of his newly released single. Releasing a music video to go along, the track is filled with grit & reckless bars, which features on Oliver El-Khatib’s EL-KUUMBA TAPE VOL. 1, Oliver whom is one of the co-founders of OVO Sound.

Regardless of the slander that came out of thin air, these instances clearly haven’t slowed him down in any way. From launching his very own cannabis wellness company More Life Growth Co. just last month, to teaming up with PARTYNEXTDOOR for their latest collaborative track “Loyal,”, War” comes in hot, being his third official single of the year. With Drake knowing no bounds when it comes to his career along with his investments, it’ll be moving to see what else he rolls out in 2020.
