Denzel Curry and Trippie Redd both recently released new albums with “TABOO” and “Life’s A Trip,” proving to be amongst the most celebrated projects of the year. During a recent interview with YesJulz on her radio show 1AM Live, Denzel was surprised with a visit from Trippie and revealed some insider info. According to the Miami native, he originally sent “Clout Cobain” to Trippie Redd for a feature.

“Denzel wanted me to be on Clout Cobain bitch,” Redd exclaimed at his manager mid-interview. “I sent that to you a long time ago,” Curry reiterated. According to Trippie’s camp, the collaboration didn’t make sense due to time constraints on his album’s completion and rollout schedule.

Thanks in-part to pressure and persuasion from Julz, the rappers have agreed to connect for an official “Clout Cobain” remix. Stay tuned as we await this anticipated collaboration.
