Da Ivy league is a group of kids next door. They're corky goofballs that are okay with being themselves. Da Ivy League saw the effect the pandemic had on our Mental Health and wanted to encourage the world. "Our words are powerful. I wanted to talk about bullying because it causes isolation, substance abuse and deep depression. I know that there is some kid out there that I can speak to through my music. So me and the DIL wrote 'WRLDWIDE'. -Vez" Produced by Nick Mira and 19 year old prodigy John Nocito, engineered by Fat Max Da Eng and filmed by Editz Macias, makes for a ground breaking project.
During the pandemic the world also faced racial inequality, "It's sad that cops still profile and abuse us because we're black. They don't know what people go through and the stresses that they have. We shouldn't have to fear being murdered like George Floyd, So I wanted to speak up! -Spaceboi Kenny". Every age & background was hit by the pandemic and it effected our families. "There are so many young people that come home to parents arguing and drama. Home is supposed to be a safe place to escape. I wanted the younger generation to know that they aren't alone in the way that they feel. -Gili Gilad"
Da Ivy League has been seen multiple times on Elevator, WorldStarHipHop, DJSmallEyez, BallerAlert, AllUrbanHipHop, MyMixtapez, NoJumper (Livestream), SayCheeseTV and many more. Check out there new mixtape Cheese Pop type Shit". This project is a compilation of all of the DIL's older music that they wanted the world to experience and enjoy.
