Bubbling out the mud of Cleveland’s east side, 14 year-old rapper 1KFat is quickly becoming one of the ones to watch. I’m sure with every drop this kid is closer to the song that is going to change his life and bring him national attention. For now, (not that this aint the one itself) he’s coming to raise the bar following up his previous drops ‘Same Youngin‘ and ‘Foot On They Neck‘, with a his next banger visual titled “DAT NOW”. The video is a double header featuring not only two songs in one, and in a way two videos as the aesthetic and style of the video changes when the music switches up. The clip really shows of the ambitious youngsters versatility as an artist. The first part, titled “Goodbye”, is dedicated to the rappers close friend Tay who tragically passed away. Fat paints the emotive instrumental with melodic vocals singing of pain and loss of his loved one. Abruptly, the music cuts as does the video. Enter aggressively hard beat matched by 1K’s signature flow, lyrically assaulting the track as his homies and him post on their block for the visuals remainder.
