Jay2 has been around for some time but was on a brief hiatus until just recently this month he delivered two singles, this most recent one is titled, “Dedication”. The production was wisely comprised by Monte Booker as he skillfully kicks the instrumental off with an exuberant, electronic-infused hip-hop beat. Jay2 is an extremely well-rounded artist as he can execute a wide vocal range and also flow with rhythm and precision. Jay2 provides a song that people can relate to and want to listen to as it radiates buoyant vibes from start to finish.

Jay2 also has the support of the notable surging emcee Smino, as they both have a fairly similar riveting presence on the track. Jay2 was on a track on Smino’s last album release as they make great counter-parts on an uplifting instrumental. Jay2 should start to rise as he already has credible support and an ideal sound to appeal to the masses and I cannot wait to watch his journey.
