CHE keeps a fairly low profile on social media, as his twitter feed looks like any other twitter-inclined kid, with self realizations, catalysts for jokes, and a sort of “fuck it” nonchalant-ness to his posts. His music, however, is a different story entirely. CHE’s music has an undeniable songwriting touch to them, finding comfort in subjects on love, heartbreak, unrequited love, and all the problems that come with relationships. With lyrics that have the ability to hit home with so many people, powered by falsetto melodies that seem so easy for him to reach, CHE’s musical output shows how very serious his talent and potential are, even if his twitter might not show much of the posturing from the budding R&B crooner.

CHE has seen success from linking up with LA-collective, Soulection, dropping songs within their popular Soundcloud DJ mixes doubling as radio shows. CHE has also previously linked with Cardo Got Wings for a joint EP, which has now been absorbed into CHE’s standout album “buries.” CHE’s latest body of work, “Fan Out Of Rucks” followed on the heels of a very “fuck it” tweet, and while these songs might not be fully polished, CHE’s talents are still on full display through witty lyrics and floating melodies over sparse instrumentals.
