“Coming off his second mixtape, “The Re Up”, Cel Louie gives us a fire visual to his new track “NIKES”. Residing in Hartford, CT not too much spotlight or attention is given to the Tri-state artists but Cel Louie continues to emerge as a front runner in the music scene. “NIKES” is a catchy song off one play alone but, the video and plot brings Cel Louie’s creative and unique flow together.

With two tapes on all streaming platforms, “WAVE GOD” & “The Re Up” I think we’ll start to see more visuals from rising artist Cel Louie. Whether its about females, money, loyalty or drugs all of Cel Louie’s songs have a distinct and different flow from the last one and could be safe to say he’s next to blow out of Connecticut.”
