So I’ll keep it a hundred, I hadn’t heard of Sweedish artist Busu until watching this new video for “I’ve Been Coughing  Blood” a few hours ago. That being said I can’t remember the last artist to catch my ear so quickly. The song sounds like “Jessie’s Girl” Meets Lil Uzi Vert as Busu flawlessly flows over the beat with his melodic delivery. I’m a fan of authenticity and this dude doesn’t sound like anything I’ve ever heard before. Which in my mind makes him an artist to keep an eye on. The video is as stereotypically Sweedish as it gets. As Busu switches lanes in a compact, neon-lit compact car before putting out a cigarette on his tongue. Something which might at least explain the blood he’s been coughing up. That being said, this song is a hit and I’m looking forward to seeing what Busu does next.
