This is a must-listen.
Perhaps Kendrick Lamar‘s most iconic release to date, 2012’s Good Kid, M.A.A.D. City helped catapult Lamar to superstardom that has since seen the artist take home several Grammys, garner numerous number 1 singles and even a Pulitzer prize for his most recent project, DAMN.
GKMC, however, recently celebrated its sixth anniversary and fellow Grammy recipients, Brasstracks, decided to condense the project to an eight-minute homage that is doused in their signature sound (and horns). The result is a lively mix that’s sure to have you nostalgic in mere minutes.
