Rob Flo is a 19-year-old-kid from Charlotte, North Carolina. He pointed out that he previously worked closely with Brockhampton's Kevin Abstract who he met in 2016 and has collaborated with on two songs since then. 

His new song "bloodyshoes" is a weird blend of hip-hop, low-fi, and experimental indie sounds. This song is about his struggle with addiction, abandonment, and having nothing to his name. "Oh my god, think I love you / Only when I'm fucked up and there's not much left," he croons. Peep the track below.
