<p>Billy Racxx returns to our pages with a dope new project entitled <em>Billy Ocean Two. </em>The Austin native comes correct throughout the 11-track project, with some nice verses and knockout hooks throughout. Overall, it’s a great project from one of the most promising up-and-comers out of Texas.</p>
