38 Mell is a new name to our radar, but he’s definitely here to stay. The youthful Baton Rouge rhymesmith makes his ELEVATOR debut today with a tremendous music video for his track “No Sparing.” It’s a booming record on which he comes correct with a slew of hard-hitting rhymes and lines that all piece together for a fiery cut overall.
