Vermont rap group 99 Neighbors were introduced to many last week after announcing their partnership with Warner Records through Chance the Rapper’s manager Pat Corcoran, and their first track in some time “Fake Pods” captured the ears of many because of its gentle nature and laid back atmosphere, but the newest track “Ripstick” is certainly less whimsical than the former release. Each member shows off their distinct rapping skill and varied approaches to the track, and it is this versatility that makes a track from 99 Neighbors so appealing.
