Louisiana has a solid foundation of rappers on the rise but one upcoming artist has been putting in the ground work to have his name on peoples radar. 70th Street Carlos is no stranger to the Elevator pages and today he makes his return but this time in the form of a new project titled 777.

From the very beginning, you can hear the New Orleans influence as Carlos sticks to his roots on this 9 track project. With guest features from Ram Ram & BBG Baby Joe, each track hits, but my favorite tracks are “Change on Me” and “Coogie Fit” but listen to it for yourself.
